JOB TITLE: Junior Customer Care Specialist
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
Responds to incoming phone calls and other client requests made via phone, e-mail or through letters
Confirms appointments, meets and greet clients
Promotes and explains our services to customers on an ongoing basis
Issues timely and accurate documentation and correspondence to clients, other departments and supervision
Vigilantly prepares reports and correspondences for management and the department
Handles objections well and finds a win-win solution for the customer and the company
Updates and maintains department logs and databases
Creates written drafts for correspondence
Performs additional responsibilities as directed by management
Requirements:
1-3 years of demonstrated successful sales experience (service sales preferred but not required)
High School Diploma +
Ability to remain organized while handling & prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills (Bilingual- Spanish) a must)
Analytical, accurate and detail-oriented while working under pressure
Types 50+wpm
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft office Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
Works independently and as a team player

Salary: Hourly rate commensurate with experience while providing opportunity for advancement
